Objectives:
1. Outline the innovative teaching methods used at the College of Medicine, University of Bisha (UBCOM).
2. Emphasizing the rules and regulations for conducting
exams in the college and discussing everything that would
improve the methods of students` evaluation.
3. Introducing the college’s administrative structure.
4. Shedding light on the rights and duties of faculty members in the college.
5. Make the faculty members aware of the various faculty committees and how to work with and get benefits from them.
6. Illustrate how to conduct scientific research and obtain
the required approvals for that.
